Refunds / Exchanges

We do not offer refunds including for change of mind or incorrect size. If you have any queries on sizing, please check with us before purchasing via our website chat, email or through our contact form on the website.

We will check each item on your order before shipping to make sure items are not faulty in any way.

We understand that purchasing items online don’t always go as planned therefore we will happily provide an exchange or store credit (valid for 90 days) on full priced items if you are not happy with the quality of the products. 

Exchanges and store credit applications must be requested, agreed to and returned back to us within 10-days of receiving your items. Items sent back to us without firstly requesting and obtaining an approval for an exchange/store credit will not be accepted.

The items must be in their original condition, original packaging and must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way for the above to apply. OzBabyShop has the right to deny any exchanges/store credits for items that aren't returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to exchanges and store credits, and that they will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements.

Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or store credits on lost parcels. We always recommend using registered post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.

Any items that are purchased at a sale price, discounted price, discount codes or items that contributed to a gift promotion offer are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for any refunds, exchanges or store credits.  

You are liable to cover all of the shipping costs of all returns and for the delivery of the exchanged item. Once OzBabyShop has received, inspected and reviewed the returned items under the application for an exchange/store credit, in the event that item’s returned condition fails to meet the requirements for the exchange/store credit application, you may choose to have the item sent back to you (you will be liable for the additional shipping cost). 

Purchasing our products means you have also accepted the possibility of a slight variation in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly depending on device screen.
